Sample submission protocol

Arrange the analytical scope and shipping instructions before dispatch.

01 · Request a written review

Send the material name, proposed analysis, approximate quantity, physical form, solvent or matrix, known hazards and research purpose. Include the number of samples and the requested reporting format. Ask Novexa to confirm whether the work can be accepted; an inquiry is not an order acceptance.

02 · Agree the requirements

Obtain written confirmation of the method, quantity, container, temperature requirements, destination, pricing and expected schedule before shipping. Sample quantity and stability are method-specific; there is no universal minimum amount or shipping temperature for every peptide.

03 · Identify every container

Use a durable unique sample ID and lot/batch reference matching the submission list. Include material identity, concentration where relevant, matrix/solvent, preparation information and storage conditions. Declare whether the identity is known, proposed or unknown; do not label a suspected material as confirmed.

04 · Provide safety documentation

Supply a safety data sheet where available and disclose solvents, hazardous chemicals and any biological risk. Obtain explicit acceptance before proposing human/animal specimens, infectious material, controlled substances or other restricted samples. This website does not offer clinical specimen intake.

05 · Package & ship appropriately

Use compatible, securely closed primary containers, protective secondary containment and transport packaging suited to the material. Required markings, declarations, cold packs or dry ice depend on the shipment. The sender must arrange applicable carrier and hazardous-material requirements. Do not ship to the listed office address unless Novexa confirms it as the receiving destination.

06 · Receiving review

A suitable intake procedure checks the submission list against container labels, records receipt and visible condition, and flags leaks, damage, quantity or documentation discrepancies before work proceeds. Acceptance, rejection, corrective action and scheduling must be confirmed for the particular shipment.

07 · Analysis & reporting

Confirm sample identifiers, analytical scope and authorized report recipients. Analytical conclusions should refer to the received sample and documented method. Ask about residual sample retention, return or disposal before analysis; testing may consume or alter the material.
