Testing may consume the sample
Preparation, extraction and analysis may consume or chemically alter the submitted material. A residual portion may be insufficient for return or no longer represent the original sample. No return of a specific amount or an unchanged sample is guaranteed.
Request return before analysis
Tell Novexa in writing whether you need remaining material returned, retained for an agreed period or disposed of. Confirm feasibility, timing, storage conditions and cost allocation as part of the accepted analytical scope.
Return suitability
Return depends on available residual quantity, stability, hazards, container integrity and lawful transport. A return plan should identify the recipient and destination, shipping method, temperature control and required documentation. Do not assume cold-chain stability or hazardous-material acceptance.
Retention & disposal
Retention duration and disposal arrangements must be confirmed for the job. This page does not establish a default retention period. Disposal must follow applicable waste requirements; a research-use label does not make hazardous material ordinary household waste.
Records remain separate
Returning or disposing of physical material does not automatically delete analytical records or a published certificate. Raise record confidentiality or publication questions separately before authorizing a publicly accessible report.
