Analytical services are not retail returns
Completed analytical work cannot be physically returned like an unused retail item. Questions about completed work belong in a service or billing review. This page does not claim Novexa sells products or offers an unverified retail return program.
Return authorization
Before returning any item, contact Novexa with its reference, reason for return, condition and safety information. Obtain a confirmed receiving address and packaging instructions. An unsolicited shipment is not evidence of acceptance or refund approval.
Safety & traceability
Returned material must retain accurate identifiers and declared hazards. Opened, degraded, leaking or incorrectly documented material may need special review. The applicable agreement and legal shipping requirements determine what can be transported and accepted.
Refunds and samples
A return does not automatically authorize a refund. Residual laboratory material follows the separate sample return policy. Confirm responsibility for transport, packaging and other costs in writing before dispatch.
