Written service terms govern
A quotation or service agreement should define the scope, price, payment terms and cancellation provisions before work is authorized. This page is general information and does not create an unconfirmed refund percentage, processing deadline or nonrefundable fee.
Before work begins
Request cancellation promptly with the order or quotation reference. Whether a payment can be returned depends on the agreed terms and any documented work or costs already incurred. Obtain confirmation rather than assuming a cancellation has been accepted.
After work has started
Sample preparation and testing can consume material and incur costs. A refund is not automatically due because a result is unexpected or fails a desired acceptance criterion. Questions about an incorrect scope, billing error or service issue should be reviewed with the supporting records.
Billing errors & service concerns
Provide the invoice reference, disputed item and a concise explanation. Do not send card numbers or sensitive payment details by email. Novexa should confirm any approved correction, reanalysis or refund in writing under the applicable agreement and law.

Email info@novexatestinglabs.com with the relevant order reference. Payment-method handling and timing, if a refund is approved, must be confirmed for that transaction; no automatic reimbursement or turnaround is promised here.
